The league consists of a weekly one hour training session and weekly game for 10 weeks from November through February.  Weekly trainings will focus on skills, both attacking and defensive, and will consist of a maximum of a 9 to 1 coach ratio to provide small group atmosphere and to maximize touches on the ball.
