As part of your registration for Chelsea Field Hockey (and any CHS/BMS sports team), you must now register your child through the Chelsea School District Athletic Department. The AD will now collect important information in a database that will roll over from sport to sport and year to year. Once you register, annual updates will be easy-peasy. The database will aid in compliance and safety, per AD Brad Bush.

What important information will be collected? Emergency contacts, insurance, medical notes, Code of Conduct acknowledgement, etc.
