The annual awards recognize seniors for achieving a cumulative 3.7 grade point average (GPA) or higher, as well as recognize teams for a collective, cumulative average of 3.5 GPA or higher.  Every year since its establishment in 2004, CFH (and as Washtenaw Whippets) has earned the team All-State Academic Award.

The awards also honor athletes for their excellence on the field. Goalkeeper Doan earned her third All-State First Team award.  Holton earned her first award as defensive sweeper.
